Chic & Trendy Beachfront Cottage on SANDY beach!

The actual property and views are even better than the pictures! We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday and it we couldn't have picked a better place!

Clean, relaxing, spacious!

This house is a wonderful find. The location is stellar! The house was very clean and in great condition. A couple of small items were immediately addressed by the property maintenance person (who just happened to come by to repair something else, and graciously fixed a running toilet and a window that we couldn’t open). The air conditioners in the rooms were a wonderful addition (though noisy!)All of the amenities were great and as advertised. Bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated, beds were very comfy. The only downside we found is that the downstairs shower is pretty small, as are the sinks!All in all, this is the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Book it!

We found this place to be the perfect beach home. We hope to return next year. The pictures are very representative of the home. You have got to enjoy people watching as the one-way street just in front of the house has considerable people traffic during the day and some car traffic. But there is no match for the ocean view. With all the front doors open, you look directly onto the beach and the Pacific Ocean from the living room, front porch, dining area, and kitchen. At night, open the windows, sleep to the sound of the waves. The house is very nice, the kitchen well-appointed, and the beds comfortable. For those going in April and May, know that this is the time that they do the annual port dredging, and there will most likely be a large pipe on the beach (3ft diameter). There are convenient places to walk over the pipe so you can easily access the beach, and it is not an eyesore. The back porch area is large and comfortable. Most of our visit, there were only four people in the home, but for two days, we did have a full house with 10 people sleeping in the home, and it was just perfect (tight with only two bathrooms but very livable for a few days). The three-car parking area was a treat. During the stay, we had no issues. Before the visit, we had several questions, and the managing agent responded quickly.
